TERMS & CONDITIONS - TASTE OF SOUTH AFRICA AT FARMOOR STORES
All persons ordering goods must be over 18 years of age.
Delivery charges are applied according to the total weight of the parcel as follows:-
Up to 2 Kg £7.00 (For Non- Frozen products only with a 2 to 4 day delivery)
All other goods and Frozen products
2 Kg to 10 Kg £13.00
Above 10 Kg will be charged at £13.00 plus £1 per Kg above 10 Kg
All prices quoted include VAT.
Delivery will be guaranteed next day on all orders placed Monday to Thursday if order is received by us no later than 09h00 and provided goods are in stock. If not we will advise you before the goods are dispatched. Any weekend deliveries attract additional charges, and you need to contact us in this regard in advance of your order being dispatched.
All delivery charges quoted cover UK mainland only – excluding certain outlying areas in Scotland. Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 09:00.
Raw meats will be dispatched in a frozen state, unless stated otherwise. When unpacking, these products should be refrigerated immediately, and not refrozen.They should be consumed within 2 days. Next day delivery charge is required for these products.
All deliveries are reliant on an independent courier company, and thus cannot be fully guaranteed by us. By processing an online order, you agree to have someone available to sign for the goods between 07:30and 17:30 on the delivery days. Failed deliveries will attract additional charges for the customers account.
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact the manager who will address the issue immediately.
All goods must be checked within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must be made in writing or e-mail, within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All damages must be noted on the delivery note, and the damaged goods retained for inspection. Photographic evidence of damage to goods and packaging are required. No claims will be considered if goods have been signed for as received in a good condition even if there is clear evidence of damage.
No claims will be considered unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to, and all refunds are at the sole discretion of management.
The information collected is to provide you, the customer, with the best possible service. We have an effective security policy that we review regularly. Your details will not be passed on to any third party whatsoever.
Although we endeavour to have the items advertised in stock at all times , this is not always possible , due to the time it takes for our supplies to arrive from South Africa. If you wish to ensure the item you require is in stock please phone us on (01865) 862656 or e-mail us on email@example.com and reserve the items prior to ordering to ensure supply. If items ordered are not available, we will contact you and offer alternatives or refunds on the individual items. No compensation is offered for out of stock items.
